Why do I need to assign jobs using DeliveryApp?

It is your responsibility to ensure that all fleet drivers use DeliveryApp to complete their assigned deliveries. This is important because customers have paid for live tracking and proof of delivery, which they can only receive through the app.

Please note that if a driver fails to use DeliveryApp for a delivery, payment for the job will be impacted.  It is therefore essential that all deliveries are completed using the app.
