What information will my fleet have access to?

Fleet Owners will have full admin access to DeliveryApp, whereas Fleet Drivers will have a limited view of the account.

They will only be able to access:

  • Job tracking: They can use the app to log every step of their journey, from collection to delivery.
  • Job information: Drivers can see the details of the jobs assigned to them such as collection and delivery addresses and any delivery notes.
  • Proof of delivery: For all jobs assigned to them, drivers will be able to post and view the POD.

They will NOT be able to:

  • View or edit account details
  • Add or remove drivers from the fleet workspace
  • Accept or assign jobs to any driver including themselves
